KITTY SMOOSHY FACE! (with kitten pics!)

Dumbledore

…a cute wittle fuzzball like that needs an intimidating name.

When I was a kid, we had a cat named Pud (rhymes with would). He was named adter the noise his front feet made hitting the kitchen floor when he jumped down off something.

Later, my sister had a cat named Roumey. And I had one named JP, for Jean-Pierre.

Our oldest cat is named Pud, short for Princess Chocolate Pudding (and I swear I had no part in naming her!)

“Possum” comes to mind - he is, after all, grey and more to the point, he looks like a very “practical cat” ;)!

Maurice.

I speak, of the pompitous of love …

Cute kitty – congrats! We just sent ours off to heaven on Wednesday. :frowning:

Our neighbors had a cat named Godzilla – we thought that was a great name.

My husband wants to name our next cat, Five. He’s a networking nerd, dontcha know.

I like Mogwai as a name (pronounced mog-why).

Occam? Descartes? Wittgenstein? Kant?

Spike?

Boris?

Ooh… I like that ! I vote for Mogwai !

Very cute little kitten , BTW ! Love that first pic !

!!!KITTY PICS!!!
he’s the same coloring as my kitty , whom I did name Smokey
but how about Nietsche? Carlin? (yes, I think George can be very existential at times)
Orsino is a good Shakesperean name. Has kitty revealed his personality yet or is he still pretty much pure kitten?

bad link :frowning:

btw - having now read all the recommended names, I like Q*Bert. But honestly, kitty will likey not respond to his name more than 25% of the time, and you’ll end up giving him various nicknames depending on both your moods.
Smokey is PurrBucket, Li’l Brush Ho, and Damn Cat

He’s a hopper, huh?

Q’Bert, Bert
Mario
Dennis…

He looks evil.

Our “evil” monster (nickname) is Randall.

Randall Flagg.

Am I the only person who wants to see this cat named Kafka? I mean, I’ve wanted to get a Doberman named him Kafka since highschool English, but a cat is close enough.

I can’t believe that no one has suggested Sartre or Camus, yet. I also like Faulkner, but he just happens to be my favorite author.

Doberman named Kafka.

Okay, I’m going back to bed, now.

Sumo.

Iago.

Biko.

I love Kafka - that’s my favorite!

And obligatory AWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
