Very nice, FCM! Very portable, too, which is even better You might need more than one of those, though…your stuff might go flying off the shelves once winter gets closer.
Nava Go to a church, and make up stories about the people there. Bing-bang, your own movie!
Doggio, enjoy enjoy enjoy it!!! Or, be like me, and spend the last day doing all the stuff you should have done during vacation, lol.
Swampy, tell** Nava** church stories so he is not bored
anyrose, I slept until 10, too, but I have no excuse. I am happy to have finally woken up, though, as my dreams were about moving, and then moving again, and then moving again…oy.
Well, today I tried my best efforts at turkey burger parmesan and it was… not very good. Eh, back to the drawing board, I just need to figure out what to do with the rest of this #10 can of sauce that I opened last night. I suppose I’ll freeze some of it.
I just got back from the store, I decided to make a skirt for myself using some of the fabric that I have sitting here that was supposed to be used for Dave’s ren faire costume. The part I’m going to use was supposed to be his tunic and I’m going to make the cloak (eventually) for his son out of the other part.*
*Does this make sense at all? There were two pieces of fabric, the tunic part and the cloak part. I already had these but I went to the store today to get some purply fabric to add to the skirt. If it turns out at all, I’ll take a picture. Aren’t you all glad I cleared that up?
Been to the barn, cleaned stall, swam 8 lengths of the pool (not continuouslly though) went to the health food store. Now I’m going to hang around the rest of the day. It’s overcast which is perfect. I’m sick of the sun. Dindin is flounder stuffed with crab (courtesy of Trader Joe), asparagus (funny smelling wee-wee tonight!) and local sweet corm with lots of butter.
I’m sad the Olympics will be over. I love the Olympics and have watched every night except one. Now what will I do with my time???
MOOOOOOM I have forsaken my aol account. My new email is in the user cp thingy. I thought I had made the big announcement up in here when I did it but maybe I didn’t. The display is tres chic!
I have a feelin’ Nava could tell church stories that would make our hair stand on end. As far as makin’ up stuff about people, when I’m on a trip and not drivin’ I tend to do that. I’ll pick a passin’ car or truck or maybe see somebody walkin’ and start talkin’ about his/her life, family, etc. My favorite all time one was Maude and Claude. I spied an old man drivin’ an old pick up truck with a Christmas tree in the back, this bein’ around Christmas one year. From there I wove a spectacular tale of Maude and Claude and Christmas. It was magical!
Other than that I deheathenated, had N.O.L. of ham 'n cheese aigs and toast and nappy pooed.
Doh!! :smack::smack: Sorry, miz Nava! Does the fact that I worked with 3 male Navas at my last job excuse me? No? Ok, um…I’ve got nothin’. My apologies, and I will remember, promise.
I need to install a dead bolt lock.
The drill I bought won’t fit the 110v drill, but the chuck on the rechargeable Black & Decker will take it.
The B&D charger is toast. Currently recharging the battery with a 12v auto battery charger.
If Things Go Awry, you won’t be seeing any more, but Mrs. Plant v.3.0 will get all my shit right away.
So, if we see a story on the news about a man in Little Rock, AK that electrocuted himself while installin’ a dead bolt, we can assume said man is (was) flytrap.
I believe a search is a minimum of 6 letters; however, you can go to MPSIMS & search/Find (<Ctrl> + F) it by typing “MMP” in the search box; it will appear because it’s on the page. Usually the first hit is the MMP sticky & then the current thread.
However, this won’t necessarily work for old MMPs/zombie threads because they are not on the page being searched for.
I just sent an email to one of my oldest friends letting her know about Dave. I’m not sure why as she has always been horrible at communicating and I’d just given up over the last year or so. Nonetheless, her name popped into my head so I wrote to her. Who knows if I will hear anything in return.
