Lindsay Lohan -- Blaming Jewelry Theft On Suge Knight's 'Son'

Magid told cops Monday … he was in touch with 2 of Lindsay’s friends – one of whom is Andrew Knight – and they said the night of the theft Lindsay had handed them a bag with 2 or 3 pieces of the stolen items wrapped in her t-shirt. The 2 men returned the items to Magid. Other items were still missing.

Magid also said he was in touch with Lindsay, who told him she had hidden some of the other items around the house because she was afraid they would be stolen by burglars. We’re told Magid told cops Lindsay confessed she was on Ambien at the time she hid the jewelry and was hazy about exactly what happened.

We’re told yesterday Magid gave cops Ziploc bags containing some of the stolen items. In addition to the watches and sunglasses, we’re told Tiffany monogrammed silverware was also taken.

I think the real story here is that there are 2 entries on her bill for non guest parking on 6/17. Why is nobody trying to find out who was staying with her that night and what they were all doing? The people have the right to know!

The prices these celebrities pay is just unreal. No wonder they blow through their million dollar paychecks. $75 a day for a hotel computer? You could buy a laptop to use in your room in ten days at those prices. Who the heck wants to live in a hotel room for months anyway? Her hotel bill would almost buy a house in my neighborhood. 75 grand gets a nice home here.

So, Lindsay’s luck saved her again. No charges because the homeowner won’t cooperate. One of these days her luck will run out.

A friend who had had some trouble with the law once told me, “the best way to avoid jail is to never do a crime with anyone else”.

If you commit a crime together with someone else, there may be no trouble for a long time. But then that person may get arrested and they may have some good reason for not wanting to go to jail and they will almost certainly rat you out to avoid jail time if they can.

You may think you are very good friends with them. But even a brother or sister or husband or wife will rat you out after some time has passed.

He told me that when it comes to committing crimes, it was essential to do everything alone and to never talk with anyone about it. Otherwise, you are almost certain to go to jail.

It seems to me that most of the time when someone goes to jail, they could have avoided it by keeping their mouths shut.

Suppose Lindsay did arrange for these two guys to steal some watches. She brought her brother with her awa these two guys. If the cops track down these two guys, what are the odds they will go to jail rather than tell the cops about Lindsay’s part in this?

Even her brother might be willing to talk and I assume these two guys are not as close to her as that.

We all should know the game the cops play in a case like this. Whoever will talk to them and give evidence that will put one or more of the others in jail gets a pass. The rest go to jail.

And even if Lindsay had nothing to do with it, what do you think the odds are that these two guys will tell the cops some lie that she was the mastermind so they can avoid jail?

I would think she has a big problem on her hands with this.
