It’s been almost an hour and Aniya’s filly hasn’t seriously tried to get up yet, that I’ve seen.

Crap! After all those hours of watching, I missed it! When I looked in this morning she apparently wasn’t even in the stall, so I went out to the barn.
Wow, that’s a LOUD colored baby, innit? Colt, according to the MS board.
The people at Bowman were worried for a while because Aniya hadn’t expelled the placenta, but I just looked in on them and she looks fine. The filly is a palomino with four socks, and Vicky’s posted on the MS board that her name is: “Isabow Nevaeh. Isabow comes from the movie Lady Hawk and Nevaeh is “Heaven” spelled backwards.”
Vicky’s in with them right now; has checked Aniya’s butt; now is talking to someone off=camera, with large gestures. Isabow is nursing.

Premier Friesians has moved out the mare that just foaled and will be moving in another mare that’s coming due. Right now the stall is stripped.

Blossom at Pacific Pintos foaled last night – looks like shortly after I shut down the computer for the night. A timeline on the MS board indicates it took all of seven minutes from pushing to out. It’s a colt, appears to be solid-colored and either baldfaced or with a blaze even wider than mom’s.
At Elements, this was posted nine hours ago: “Jazzy is alternating between oozing white milk and building HUGE chunks of wax!” So one to keep an eye on. Right now she’s just standing there, occasionally shifting her weight.
Ha! The Witt’s people’s long vigil has finally ended! It’s a pinto colt.
Fields QH has an overdue mare on cam right now.
The Joy cam was down last night but this morning it’s up and you can get a good look at Jill and her foal.
Kakos has two they say are ready to go any time.
Premier Friesians has a new mare in now but they don’t think she’s close.
