Breeze at Mulligans Run just had a beautiful colt. Beautiful blaze on him
This is addicting. Gallo Scarpelli’s Honey just foaled. No word if it is a colt or filly yet, but has a beautiful blaze just like Mama!
There are people in the stall, but this was a totally unassisted birth.
Weird – the picture keeps going in and out of focus. Right now Honey’s licking her baby and it’s blurry as all hell.
ETA: Centaur’s got a new mare, Massamba, on cam now, supposed to be ready to foal any time.
Massamba at Centaur already foaled the other day, they just never updated their twitter feed. The mare in the stall now is Velvet. She’s waxed, and at first they thought she might be foaling prematurely, but it turns out there was a clerical error and she really is due now. It could be any time.
Interesting – right now at Gallo Scarpelli, there’s a person holding Honey on a leadline with a twitch on her, too. There’s another person in the stall at the mare’s rear, just out of sight. The foal was nursing but is now being held away from the bag, at the mare’s head, by the person on the lead rope.
Here it is almost an hour later at Gallo Scarpelli, and they’ve finished whatever they were doing with the mare, but she’s still twitched and now several people have put the foal down on its side and are doing something to it.
ETA: Now they’ve let him up.
ETA2: Still haven’t taken off the twitch. Letting him nurse now.
Ah! Twitch finally off!

Keep an eye on Premier Friesians; the mare’s really agitated now and they think it’s imminent.
Right now on Elements cam 2 they’re doing a vaginal ultrasound of a mare.
ETA: That one’s done and taken away; another mare’s been led into the stall. Now the vet’s got his arm up to the elbow in her. What a glamorous profession, eh?
ETA2: Now mare number 3 and she looks a lot less docile. Twitch time!
Velvet at Centaur is foaling now. Attendant is in with her.
