I wanted to continue my nap, but after the bladder break, I came back to find Adam stretched out across my pillow.
No snow yet.
Did laundry. Weather update for here is a misty rain and the roads are just moist.
Dinner will be non-Philly-Philly-style sandwiches. We’re both in simplified-dinner-mode today.
The snow ended with no accumulation.
I’ll make chicken cordon bleau tonight in celebration.
No snow here, but the rain finally ceased about 1/2 hour ago, with another band of showers about 30 miles west and heading here.
Nut, promise to be good; plus nearest family is 400 miles away, they would really by P.O.'ed if I tried that…
Talked to Brother in hospital, he sounds good, a little slurred and he stops to find a word now and then, but quite understandable and he comprehends well. So I feel pretty good about his prospects.
Laundry is done. Rain has not yet arrived. I forgot to buy mayo when I was grocerying - dammit!
RoxStar is spending the night with her other grandmother so daughter and SIL are having a date night. I think **FCD **and I will just veg in front of TV. Good times…
TWPTB were pretty good today. Snow was predicted around 4 and it started just a few minutes after.
It’s laying in the streets already.
Ours were terrible; its still just rain. But it was funny watching the news reporters scattered all around the region talk about nothing much at all for a solid hour. 
Today it was too cold to snow. Yes, that is something that can happen.
metal mouse, once I’m retired, I’ll likely get one of those old people buttons. I live alone and once no one is expecting me to show up for irk every day, I want a way to summon help so’s Nelson doesn’t have to resort to eating my carcas. 
The enchiladas turned out wonderful. They’fe good with jarred salsa verde, but the homemade stuff really knocked it out of the park. Now to work on a projecdt in the studio.
Looks really good not going that fancy.

Dinner was honey lime chicken, with enough garlic to keep the [del]house[/del], [del]street[/del] entire neighborhood safe from vampires overnight. 
Snowed just enough to lighten the grass about one shade…before turning to rain. 
Forgot to get ground aminal for tomorrow’s lasagna, & the turkey cutlets that were going to be cooked for din on Moanday have been in the fridge too long so I forsees a trip to the groc tomorrow.
Pumpkin or regular lasagna? What say ye?

Not much snow out there, the sidewalks need shoveling, but there is not much there.
It’s 34 degrees out, my phone app says it’s raining but it isn’t.
I woke up a 4 again today.
Nothing special to do today. It’s trash day, and would be clean out the fridge day, except I did that yesterday.
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 43 Amurrkin out and cloudy (well, dark) with a predicted high of 48 and mostly N.O.S. for the day. The big plan of the day is deheathenization followed by N.O.L., probably grab a burger, and not much else. Da bear is still wiped from Firday and yestiddy. I got home around seven-thirty last night and was too tired to do anything but unpack and fiddle around a bit on the book of faces. Went sleepy bye at eight-thirty. I actually did get sump’n out of all the learnin’ up. I feel like this will be worthwhile. Since I know everybody is just on the edge of their seats to know, I am ISTJ. 
MetalMouse glad bro is doin’ better. I don’t live alone, but we have thought about gettin’ a “help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” thingy,
Now I need more caffeine and to feed rumbly tummy. Then purtification for deheathenization must commence.

It’s 07:20 and dark and pouring out. We got about 2", and I awoke at 0500 to the sound of rain. We are at about a inch so far. If this was snow, we would be screwed. The weatherguessers are calling for more than 2" more to fall before the flash freeze later.
Looks like my yard - nay, the entire neighborhood - is snowless! The rain started around 9 or so last night and I don’t know when it ended, but according to weather radar, it’s pretty much left the area. Let the drying begin!!! Oh, and it’s 51° on its way to 14° tonight. Gonna be a wild ride!
Either I had a very vivid dream, or **FCD **kicked me in the shin last night. We’ll find out for sure if it turns purple. When he fights ninjas in his sleep, I tend to feel his wrath. Luckily, when he punches my pillow, since it’s a big foam wedge, all it does is jar me awake. He’s never hurt me - just startles me awake. You’d think after 35 years I’d be used to it… nope.
Not sure what today’s plans are, but I think part will involve bringing my old computer back upstairs so I can retrieve some info that I didn’t back up. I may push the vacuum around, too. We shall see.

The iPad says it’s 4 degrees. However, the wind is still. I spent yesterday inside and got cabin fever. I will bundle up today and head for the barn. We have a heated club room so I can thaw there. Don’t think I’ll be riding today. Dinner will be slow cooker country ribs and butternut squish. And Tater Tots.
Morning all. Looks like it was fortunate that it did all the raining yesterday, because it is 30F outside now, so we just missed out on snow which would have shut N. Ali-bama down completely.
Now is the time for raisin bread–heck, anytime is good for raisin bread, but I choose now.
Mooooom, wait until tomorrow for the snow. You’re about a day behind us weatherwise and we got a dusting last night.

My son didn’t shovel the walk and the rain is not washing the snow away, I’ll wake him up soon so he can go shovel before the temps drop.
I wish we had 51 degrees this morning FCM, our high for the day is supposed to be 36, and then drop down to 9. After my son shovels the walk I think he should put down some salt.

My city was supposed to have a snow festival today, but it’s cancelled - because we’re having a huge snowfall and there’s too much snow. Only in Canada.
