why is everyone trusting LockeMonster?
and what the Hell is LockeMonster talking about with his Mommy??

So far he’s seemed to be one of the most trustworthy people on the show! He told Sawyer the truth, he told Kate the truth.

so Widmore’s sub people killed the plane people?
Sure looks like it. Everyone thought we were going to have Smokey get his people to kill the Ajira survivors because he’s eeeeeeevil. But that wasn’t quite the case, was it?
-Joe
Arg, ask what IS going on! Damn these people’s lack of curiosity.
I vaguely remember Sawyer helping Kate get away in her episode at the start of the season. I can’t remember the details though… any help?
Shall we start taking bets on who’s locked up in the sub?
I’m thinking Desmond.
This is the second time we’ve heard talk of killing the smoke monster. With Dogen, we know he was just bluffing. I wonder if Widmore & Co. have a way of actually doing it, and what it might be?
Soo… 3 factions, then? Widmore’s group (definitely not good, Ilana’s group (Jacob’s homies), and LockeMonster’s refugees.
He’s the obvious one…so it might not be.
I was kind of figuring that it was something really important…like whatever they need to kill Smokey. Widmore wouldn’t be there without a plan for killing Smokey.
He’s got to have some sort of vulnerability. The question is, what is it? It can’t just be the sonic fence.

Why is Tina Fey on the island now?
How do we know he was bluffing? The knife trick might have worked if Sayid had in fact stabbed NotLocke before he spoke.
Maybe they can just trap him in the sonic fence forever.
Now I want Sawyer and Miles to wind up together.
Why do people keep saying that? There’s nothing magical about Locke talking. Dogan was 98% bullshit. He wanted Sayid dead, and the way to do it was to get him to provoke Locke - something much harder to do once they’re talking.
Well, better hope there’s no power failure. Or nobody else punching in the code. I don’t see it. They’re going to kill him. Or at least try to.
-Joe
Beats me. We Lost viewers are constantly begging for some direct verbal explication on the show, and then when we actually get some–i.e., Smocke telling Sayid that Dogen just wanted to provoke him into killing him–people ignore it. Granted, Smocke has been shown to lie when it suits his purposes just like everyone else, but I really don’t think the writers were being subtle with that line. Every other time we’ve tried to read that much into what the characters on this show say, we’ve been wrong.
I want more of Tina Fey.
Sawyer has super spy doublecrossing powers x10.
One nitpicky note: Am I remembering incorrectly, or did the previous episode end with Sawyer in a cave in the side of a cliff with no ladder out?
Next week.
Yes, but we figured he would get out of there somehow. I don’t think it is important how.
The last time we saw him that was the case, but I believe that someone mentioned that he was with Jin…so there you go.
