Lots of tots rot!

I do not want to do logic puzzles in Drunky Smurf’s brain. It’s scary in there.

I thought the answer was to kill (and roast) the chickens, kill (and skin) the foxes and grind the grain for bread.

So you have a nice lunch of roast chicken and fresh bread and give the foxskin wrap to your sweetie, so you can have some serious “Thank you!!!” sex in the boat.

Then there’s the time when I upended a couch so a heavy snorer would go up to bed rather than keep me awake.[/QUOTE]

What the FUCK does this mean? Fenris’ post was absolutely hilarious, but I really really need to have this sentence diagrammed or dissected by a scholar. Or I won’t get any sleep at night. And my bunnies will die.

I’m all for making fun of Skywatcher, but this isn’t rocket science people. He’s saying he was staying the night over at someone’s place or something and one of the people who actually lived there fell asleep on a couch in the same room he was trying to sleep.

So then how did that wind up in dead bunnies?:dubious:

┬─┬ノ( º _ ºノ) . . . (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

A) the ascii is hilarious.
B) I’m having problems picturing Lute flipping someone else’s couch. He’s a weirdo, but outside of killing bunnies and brain-damaging kittens, I can’t see him being invited to a slumber party and flipping his host’s couch. His own? Sure. But someone else’s? He’s not an animal!

Well, it probably made sense to HIM. Remember, he’s different, so we just have to except his excuses.

Yeah, actually they did. In addition to murdering Jews, they also murdered thousands of their own disabled children.

Technically, wouldn’t Magda Goebbels count too? I know, considering what else the Goebbels did it’s probably peanuts, but killing your own fucking children like that, that’s pretty messed up.

That sentence really didn’t make sense to me, so thank you. It makes sense now after reading the proper interpretation.

But really, upending a couch that a sleeping person is on because their snoring is keeping you awake sounds more like a **ducati **move than a Lute one (because of the near-implausibility to jerkishness ratio). Right?

The important point here is that this thread has still managed to be about Skywatcher.

(^o^)/

So awesome!!!

Stop flipping tables!

Ok.

OK, it looks like the original story was bullshit. Here’s the Associated Press’ retraction.

So, “many” of the children received baptisms, they may not have been in a septic tank or perhaps only some were, and the orphanage opened in 1925.

But there are still hundreds of bodies of babies and children piled into a mass grave behind the building?

I don’t think any of that makes the original story “bullshit.”

Agreed.

The international media made some errors in their reporting of the story, but the fundamentals still appear to be totally true - there was an exceptionally high death rate at this home; the child were extremely poorly treated and suffered from malnutrition; the 796 dead ones are not known to be buried anywhere else; there are at least some bodies in the sewage tanks. That AP article relies on Brendan O’Neill from Spiked who is a well-known crank, and the Irish Times which has been desperately trying to bury this story since it broke.

Here is the most recent piece of research, which in fact suggests that the original story was pretty much true and those bodies quite likely are in the sewage tanks.

Sorry, one other thing I should have mentioned is that the religious order who ran the home (the Bon Secours Sisters) has hired the most expensive and aggressive PR firm in Ireland. They really want this story to go away.
