Hey, we’ll kinda, sorta almost be neighbors one day. My husband and I are buying a lot in California just off rts 4 and 235 (are you familiar with Oak Dr?). This time next year, I should be relocating to the area and starting to build our house. I don’t think of it as being a long way from everything - I consider it to be just a few steps from Paradise!
Sadly, I shan’t be able to attend - Spousal Unit is driving the water taxi that day and I’ll be helping the kid get settled in for the summer. I’ll be so glad when I’m a MAD and I can attend more of these things. I plan to host one at the future FairyChatEstates too! Can’t wait!

TTO - I don’t think any of the current attendees are vegetarians, but I could be wrong. Besides Opal and family, who haven’t been heard from here, I can’t remember who our vegetarians are, these days.
We’ll need drinks, chips, and stuff like that. Maybe you could bring a bag of ice, and some 2-liter bottles of sodas. Or a few big bags of chips.
