Weather forecast for tomorrow is pretty much unchanged from this morning. We should be fine.
I saw there was a post from RT, and I immediately thought, “Is it today???”
Whew! It ain’t.
I bought three 2-liter bottles of soda and three bags o’ chips. Hope someone’s got cups.
I have only two C batteries, though (brand new); my guess is that the ol’ boombox needs more than two. Doesn’t it?
FCM, I am bringing my regular camera and my el cheapo digital camera.
Nope, still tomorrow. Aren’t you glad?
I’ve got cups taken care of. And a bag of ice for the drinks. I’ve also got more sodas - earlier this year, I switched from regular to diet sodas, and I’ve got some Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper to give away.
I went and got a backup 8-pack of batteries today, so the boom box should have plenty of hours of life in it.

I bought a thing of assorted raw veggies and I’ll bring some dip. I also bought a big thing of fruit salad.
If you ask nice, I’ll bring them to the picnic 
I am going to have to duck out at the last minute. I’ve been feeling pretty cruddy all day, and now I’m almost to the “violently ill” stage, so I don’t think I’d be much fun to be around tomorrow.
It’s a shame I won’t get a chance to meet everyone, maybe next time.
Now I just have to figure out what the heck I’m going to do with this king’s ransom in chips I have downstairs.
Any volunteers to swing by TTO’s place and steal his chips?
I say TTO comes anyway. ‘Violently ill’ can also be ‘performance art’.
OK, hate me now. I will not be able to make it. I’m really bummed, but life does seem to get in the way of my pleasures.
