Now that I’ve got another voter on the **Nanook **wagon, I’m tempted to not jump off! I don’t think anyone should be getting a pass for laying low at this point. Just because someone’s away from the game for a bit or bored or whatever doesn’t make them not scum.
I’m trying to explore some new candidates, but yesterDay gives us a lot of data but few answers. I’ve already outlined my misgivings about voting MHaye, though I don’t think he’s getting a reprieve. Some thoughts, from my vote analysis:
Special ed threw out a lot of “me too” votes yesterday and nailed the coffin shut on Hal…who was town. Changing your vote repeatedly to go the way the town is going strikes me as trying not to be held accountable for your votes. That’s mega-suspicious to me. Special ed is also a champion bandwagon jumper, voting for the “winner” every Day but Day 4, when he put in a last-minute and non-game-changing vote for 2nd-place Hal.
Brewha would look really suspicious to me–he also made a crucial vote to swing things in Hal’s direction–but I’ve still got strong townie feelings toward him from Day 1. I just can’t see scum bussing scum like that right out of the gate. It’s the same feeling that made me positive that Cookies was town, also back on Day 1. Scum would do anything for love…but they won’t do THAT. (No, no, no they won’t do that!)*
Zeriel: didn’t vote for three days, then voted and unvoted Blaster on Day 4. Votes MHaye early on Day 5, when he’s not really a top candidate. Leaves his vote there. The whole thing strikes me as playing it really, really safe. I don’t know whether it looks better for him if MHaye turns up scum or town.
I would be willing to vote for any of these three, but brewha only if I get something really convincing. But for now, I’m sticking with Nanook. Voted once all game, for Hal, solidifying his lead yesterDay.
*At least, I think not. And let’s face it, it was time for some Meatloaf. He was in RHPS…and that’s a campy horror movie, right?
