Look at the way this is unfolding. People are intimating that Inner might be LUTHA and therefore maybe we shouldn’t vote for him. We’re basically inventing a way for scum to earn easy cred. Just defend potentiual cultists! That means they might be cultists themselves!

Hi people - gonna try to come up with something coherent and useful here…

First off, farewell to Paul and Meeko - Paul was being very helpful, so it’s rough to lose that. Meeko, I never really figured out what was going on there.

I’ve been following the posts over the week - I can typically read during the day at work in short bursts, but it’s tough to really think about things and compose a reply.

I saw the initial case against Khameleon, but didn’t really see much scummy there myself. I think his reply to the points made against him are pretty reasonable.

I’m getting a more scumlike vibe from Inner Stickler - though the tip he posted about easy, uncontested votes is pretty useful info - it makes sense that if the end of day is very quiet, both scum factions are OK with the lynch. I think Johnny B makes a good case in his posts during the day. On the flip side, I don’t really see Inner’s case against Johnny.

No opinion on Texcat, so I’ll have to do some further reading and see if that case makes any sense to me.

I mean the general culture that’s developed around the cultists this game - that anybody who doesn’t drop a case against a potential cultist is being scummy. It provides way too much smoke screen for the actual scum.

Hal posted something early in the game, asking the mods about…whether scum could communicate on their own board, I think…that pinged me as trying too hard for a derpclear, but he hasn’t given us much to go on since then. I will have to find that once I’m caught up.
