That’s something I want to start to investigate when I get some time - the days where we lynched a townie with a large chunk of the voters, and mainly uncontested - who started up those cases? In this game, it seems like a good scum tactic would be to build a plausible case against anyone not on their scum team, and let others jump on board agreeing with it - I know I’ve been motivated by the cases others put together, if I can find something plausible in it.

I remembered this post from yesterDay, I thought it was quite scummy, and thought to do a review of Cygnus, I’m quite convinced he’s scum. Take a look:

Like others have said, looking closely into who all joined the brewha wagon would be a good place to start for D3.

Also we should keep in mind…Drain Bead was suspicious of a few people before getting killed in nondescript fashion - TotalLost, BillMC, and ProfP. So, he/she may have been on to something and struck a nerve. Also, all three of these were among the last to jump onto the **brewha **bandwagon, making a pretty safe vote at the time.

PS - Man, our blue power roles are droppin’ fast here. I don’t remember the ratio of vanilla to town powers, but it really seems like we’re losing a disproportionate number of them.

BillMC - mild scum lean on this, not exactly sure why, have to review all the old posts again. I do recall the blanket throwing of suspicion on all the new subs though…

I need to spend some time understanding the case on Boozahol, who has a comfortable lead in votes right now - and also understand the case on DiggitCamara, who’s approximately tied with Prof for 2nd place.

I will ponder a little more before tossing up a vote. I’ll put my vote back on Prof P if I don’t see something more worthwhile after reviewing Boozahol and Diggit. I’ll definitely have a vote up before the End of Day though.

I do get a more scummy vibe from him, and can follow that case a little better. The case against **Boozahol **seems to rely a bit on a personal meltdown, which may not be the best indicator.

So, time to dig in and find a new prime suspect - I’ll see if I can make sense out of some of the other cases people have brought up. I’m not so good at figuring out scum on my own, especially in this complicated game, but hopefully I can come up with something useful.

I’m curious to see the reaction to the khameleon claim, and feel the need to review Hawkeye and Koldanar some more. Hawkeye has been getting low-level suspicion all game, so maybe there’s something to be found there.

So, from here I see no scum hunting, lots of safe bandwagon votes, a life-saving vote on Boozy, some choice words about the game, lots of unfulfilled promises - some pot-stirring, some smudges, others possibly indicative of busy life, but little or no follow-up - all hollow posturing.

I’ve a one off on Texcat, will move to Cygnus if this gets more traction.
