Of course the Hitman and Outriders are killing roles. They kill protectors. But there’s no indication whatsoever that they kill anyone else.
Heck, the Homicide Detective also says that they target people, and cops sometimes kill, too. But nobody thinks that the Homicide Detective’s power kills the target.

Because it’s an anti-doc role, not a bonus kill role for the scum. It would be wildly imbalanced if both scum teams got a kill each day and each night (because the Hitman and Outrider work on the opposite schedule of their respective teams kills.)

I mean, I think 8/6 just to mess with us, is a lot more likely. I mean… To mess with us, and to also accommodate the large size. That is to say, I think some other aspect of the game… Either math or mod as Gasterd wise, dictates a non 7-7 split.

We’ve been given a list of Wolf and Mafia roles. There are seven of each.
The mafia, werewolf, and town roles are spelled out in the document. There are 7 roles for mafia and 7 for the wolves. So I don’t think 8/6 is likely at all. In fact, unless the mods are lying to use about the scum roles, it’s impossible. And they said this game isn’t bastard, so we should take them at their word on that.
I want to point out that my vote was post 1031 not 1130. When I called out the moderators for missing my vote, I mistyped the number of the post as 1130, but immediately fixed this in a follwup post that the mods seem to have missed. (On a side note, had I edited that post, it probably would have been better for the mods and the vote record both.)
I blame NAF1138. “Why?” you ask. Because I can. And he’s the most fun to blame.
