That’s what I was thinking at the time of their tousle… that they were both scum but from different factions. I’m still suspicious of Pleo, I just think he’s mafia.
Anyone still want to argue with me that scum aren’t trying to kill each other? Does anyone think Thingfish was killed for posting alot and that his killer thought he was Town?

yes . Scum are likely focusing on Town for their wincon. Hitting a Scum on the other side is a bonus I think
so going forward Mafia will be even less concerned about Wolves since they have the numbers now.

You’ve got 8 names here and 5 possible wolves remaining… so 5/8 being wolves would require that all wolves were involved. You think they ALL grouped together and made things super easy for you? Why do you assume you are going to find wolves, but don’t mention mafia? It seems odd to not comment on the mafia, it comes across as “of course there is gonna be wolves and town on Pleo, and no mafia…” which can only really be deduced if you know Pleo is mafia. But back to your suggestion that you are going hunting in that pool of 8… If even 1 wolf had decided to separate from the group and leave Pleo alone, it would mean that half of your list consists of non-wolves. I don’t like those odds considering I’m on the list.
I think you’d be better off finding ways to cross reference TF and Jsgoddess.

You seemed like you wanted me to back up my vote, but you didn’t give your opinion on Diggit, or your opinion on me voting Diggit. You didn’t even respond to my response with an opinion on my suspicions… I don’t mind being asked questions or even doing the legwork to quote my own posts on issues for you… but if you are going to engage me, I’m gonna want to know where you stand on the same topic.

It’s a side effect of playing on my phone with Tapatalk. To multi quote in Tapatalk you tap on the posts you want to quote then pick one and hit the quote button, it pulls all “selected” posts into one reply. As I am reading and scrolling down I sometimes tap on a post and select it without meaning to do so. Total’s quote was not desired. My apologies.

I don’t mention mafia because my theory is that wolves are casting suspicion on Pleo because we saw two dead wolves do it and we know wolves have a chance to coordinate strategy. I can’t make any inferences about mafia and their strategy yet until we get a dead wise guy. And I never said that no mafia voted for Pleo.
I just think there is another wolf out there also casting suspicion on Pleo and my list above narrows the suspects. Is it 100% fool proof? No, but nothing in this game is 100% fool proof. We just have to try and push the odds in our favor a little bit.
And what do you mean by cross referencing TF and Jsgoddess?
If your theory is correct, it’s likely Hooker. (I mean, it could be other people too, but he’s the first place I’d look.)

TF and Jsgoddess were both wolves… you point out they both were vocally suspicious of Pleo. Where else did they align? Votes? Opinions on other players?
It would be interesting to see where they took similar stances and where they differed. Maybe start fleshing out a pattern that could lead to identifying other wolves.

I forgot to say that I agree that the Mafia no longer have much incentive to specifically target wolves… I do however think that the Wolves will be looking to take down the mafia or risk falling behind.

D2, both TF and JS, voted for ToeJam… though neither votes for ToeJam at all on D3. JS voted for Prof P very early on and didn’t budge… TF bounced all over the place, including on Prof P before ending on Khameleon with Meeko.

Oooooo a twofer! Noice! I can’t figure out how that could have even happened given our known parameters. The only conclusion I can make about the extra death is it was a result of an unknown role, faction or power within a known, unknown or semi confirmed one, i.e. LUTHA.
Sorry, not sorry about Idle. Sucks for us that we have to work that much harder now to avoid mislynches. This is my first game in something like 9 years, and now I remember why I stopped playing. I’m very glad I came out of “retirement” for this game, but it will be my last. I’m also happy to see my legacy of colorized vote analysis lives on.
So, Hockey Monkey originated when I decided I didn’t want my user name that I signed up with anymore because I essentially still use it everywhere else and I wanted a touch more anonymity on the Dope. I had recently gone to Build a Bear and made a monkey, and dressed him in a hockey goalie uniform. (His name is Stanley and he goes with me to autograph events.) Anyway, I took the name Hockey Monkey. I wish I could show you a pic. He’s über cute.
