I didn’t ask CatinaSuit shit. She asked me why I thought Zeriel was the next best choice for scum to kill instead of her. I replied that the one shot protect two thingy was the reason I figured scum would avoid both MHaye and the Diciple. I moderated my response with the note that as far as I know the public information channels have no clear evidence that the one shot thing had been used. I didn’t see reason why scum would think CatinaSuit was available as a target, and I asked if I was mistaken. That’s it.
Come on sach and NAF, don’t let your angers get the best of you. True this is a emotional game sometimes but it’s only a game. Not even I ever resort to calling names or saying things like “screw you”. : /
So far we’ve NEVER had to have a Mod come in and warn someone in these games on here. I hope it stays that way. Even in three, which was held on here, there were some “eff you’s” thrown around, but a mod didn’t come in and it was resolved. Please don’t ruin our track record. It wouldn’t do good to have a rule handed down that Mafia games aren’t allowed on here anymore. : /

I also think we’re sunk if we get split up in Monkgate, and we’re likely sunk if the Prophet survives another night to potentially convert.

My thoughts: if they can convince the Town that MHaye was recruited earlier, we would misinterpret to Night’s recruitment as a block. Or, since they still have a large number of Cultists, they thought it was worth a gamble to get the Town to dunk a true Monk. Or, they may have misunderstood MHaye’s classification of sachertorte and presumed Cookies was the only one (I need to reread those posts to double-check the timeline; zuma’s inebriated posts and then is late claim are suspicious, too).
On preview: Idle, you are as responsible as anyone for making this game emotional. There’s a reason I try to play coldly.

Before all this started I posted a couple a few thoughts on the result of the night kill herein this post .
It effectively comes down to 2 points.

- A claimed role would not a safe point for the Prophet due to a counter claim.**
Then** Idle Thoughts** and **Cookies ** started claiming and counterclaiming and I will admit to having been caught up in it.
However, the only way I can see Idle Thought’s claim being correct is that the recruitment has taken place on Day 6 and I could compose several reams on how this is possible.
And in doing so, I completely contradict my initial thoughts that were made without all this going on.
So where does that leave us.
Applying Occam’s Razor.

This is true. So by all means, if you want to dunk me, then dunk me. My only qualm is that it will be too late then and this is the Day’s votes that matter.
But another thing in my defense, at least as I see it, is why is Cookies and Sach not voting for me if they know me to be scum? Even Sach just voted NAF when he says before that what YOU yourself said: that everyone has to band together on someone. Why not go with what you supposidly “know” then? You’d think he would, no?
But whatever. Either it’s me toDay and you all find out then or it’s him…either way they’ll be exposed. Here’s hoping that it won’t be too late then.

Townies, even if you don’t trust me, even if you think one of us was recruited, there’s still at least two trusted Town players voting for Idle.
None of those explinations make sense to me, but frankly neither do any of the explination on the other side. They could kill the true monks at night, I can’t imagine that they would have failed to carefully look at everything MHaye was saying. I don’t understand why they would care at this point if the town knew they recruited or not. If out numbers are right if they recruit tonight they win. It just didn’t seem that way to me. Seems like you were digging a bit to hopefully get some kind of an answer either way. I even just reread it now and it still seems that way…but if I’m wrong, well, so be it and I’m sorry for misrepresentating your post.
