Debbie Does Dallas
Butt-banging Bimbo Bowlers from Boston
Adventures of Buttman and Throbbin
Heat
The Road Warrior
Sands of Iwo Jima
Reservoir Dogs
The Legend of Drunken Master
The Fifth Element
So, Alex B, do you really consider the political philosophy of the director before deciding what movie to watch for the evening?
Sticking to the OP, though, I have to agree with you on one point: at least one Star Wars movie needs to be on that list. I’m voting for The Empire Strikes Back, even though I’m not sure it would work that well as a stand-alone movie. But I also have to vote for Braveheart, and finally The Godfather (the original). I know, not very creative. But what real man would only watch three movies in his lifetime anyway? We need something to do while we sit around drinking!
The Transformers: The Movie
G.I. Joe: The Movie
The GoBots: Battle for Gobotron
… okay, so maybe the GoBots doesn’t quite belong there alongside the other two.
Yeah, you’re right.
…Gobots is definately a chick flick!
Buckaroo Banzi
Hard Boiled
Army of Darkness
If it is movies that bring out macho feeling in a guy-
Godfather
Rocky 4
Raiders of the Lost Ark
If involves movies that only a guy can like:
Bachelor Party
Commando
Red Dawn
If it involves movies that it’s of for a man to cry:
Brian’s Song (that is the only one).
Taxi Driver
The Great Escape
Raging Bull
Hoosiers
American Beauty
Pulp Fiction
All About Eve and Sunset Boulevard are gay men’s films? How does The Producers rate? I loved that one, too.
And for those of you less secure in your sexuality, I recommend…
Yojimbo
Fistful of Dollars
Last Man Standing
Live it, learn it, know it.
