Not that I’m not eager to get each new quarter as soon as possible, but isn’t it a bit early to even start wondering? I mean, even back before the state quarters I don’t recall ever seeing a new year’s quarter before April or May.

impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be

I’ve seen new coins about mid-January for as long as I remember. Then again, I’ve either lived in DC (2 hours from Philly Mint) or Colorado (4 hours from Denver Mint).
I saw all of last years new quarters about 2 weeks after their scheduled appearance.

According to the schedule on the U. S. Mint page, the next one comes out in February. I just checked last night.
I thought it was every 10 weeks, starting in January. I first saw the Delaware Quarter on MLK Day last year. Hmmm…

According to the Coin World site, Massachusetts quarters have been sighted in California, Nebraska, Michigan, Florida, Kentucky, Virginia, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

I’ll take a quarter of Massachusetts, and a side of beef!
Well, I am, as of Tuesday night, the proud owner of a Massachusetts quarter, and boy, does it look pretty. Got it as change in a 7-11 in Orlando.
My quickest quarter sighting - less than three weeks since it came out!

I, too, got one last night.
