Oh, another restaurant suggestion, since it will be that close to Halloween, maybe the Haunted House dinner-theater could be a good choice. It’s a bit more pricey ($42.00 CDN) per person, but for groups of over 10 people, they offer 1 free ticket.

I can play the Polonaise in A major. I think I studied some Mazurkas. It’s been a long time, but I’m sure I must have over the 15 years I studied classical piano…

Big news, all!
I’m pleased to announce that Daowajan will be joining us as well, coming all the way over from Madison! Woo-ha!
(So it really will be a bit of a QueerDope, heh.)
Eonwe, yes, Dao and I will need rides. Work for you? We can figure it out later.
By the way, if anybody wants to come up from Boston, that’s where Dao is flying in, and if you want to join us in our Boston-Hanover-Burlington-Montreal trek, you are more than welcome.
Another Posse of Five! Eonwe’s been asked to pick up clayton_e and Palve in Plattsburgh, but he hasn’t replied to my emails, the bastard.
This is no longer a mini-Dope. But I’m up for the task of coordinating. After Doperéal, I’m a seasoned pro.

But yeah, I bought some plane tickets and am secretly sneaking off to Boston. I can’t wait to meet you all. 
Looking forward to meeting you, Daowajan. You won’t be disappointed. We had the best MontrealDope ever at Doperéal.

So the tentative schedule is:
Friday, October 25: drinks somewhere (Grumpy’s?) for those in town.
Saturday, October 26: Arrival of Eonwe, andygirl, Daowajan, clayton_e, and Palve, in the morning. The boys are staying with me. The girls can figure it out…
Saturday lunch: poutine tasting at La Belle Province near Atwater Market. Lafleur’s near Carré-St-Louis is a hole. This LBP is nicer, plus Atwater Market is kinda cool.
Elenfair will be arriving Saturday afternoon.
Saturday dinner: Mazurka on Prince-Arthur. Polish food, bring your own wine (I believe). Possibly followed by karaoke at Club Date and bad drag shows at L’Entre-Peaux.
Sunday: Eonwe has to leave before brunch. 
But I suggest Mövenpick, assuming it’s the same deal as the brunch we had there at TorDope. ($20, but well worth it.)
Dinner: Who knows?
Any suggestions for between meals activities?
Wow, I actually think that scott and Daerlyn should fight over me. Perhaps a mud wrestling event is in order, and the winner gets to take me home. This could be fun!
Andy and Dao, I can definitely bring you guys. We’ll figure out the details later.
And I did e-mail clayton, so we should be all set there as well.
Hmmmm maybe I will go. I could always use my Westmont points to get a room at a Comfort Inn, or even the Hilton! Do they have a Hilton in Montreal?
