Well, if you used something thicker it might take less time…
If everyone’s stopped fighting over Scott Evil’s couch, or bed, or his far-too-personal space, I’d like to mention that I’m flying into town on St-Jean-Baptiste, and leaving the day after Canada day.
I hope to hit Hurley’s or St-Sulpice next Friday. But I definitely won’t be online after this weekend, so…
So far I’ve completed the first elimination round of applicants to share the bed of evil® (and see me naked, as that’s how I sleep).
Laur, honey, I know you’ll be away, so I can help organize things. However, I’ve never done the Dopefest thing before so I’m not quite sure what the others have in mind…

This thread is so gay.
I’ve always said, if you’re going to say it, say it with flowers.
- s.e.
Was that a joking smiley or an evil smiley? Inquiring bet-makers want to know:D
Well, pun, you won’t know unless you cum to QueerDope.
Anyway, I’d let you see me naked anyday. ::slurp::
- s.e.
Besides, last night in chat lno said he’d let me shower with him even though he’s str8.
- s.e.
Come on, this thread needs more action!
Since Laur will be away most of August, I’ve volunteered to help organize some activities.
Suggestions? Please?
The naked slumber party at the Evil Pad® is reserved for those staying with me, of course…
- s.e.
OK I’ve had a couple of ideas.
-
Picnic in Parc Jean-Drapeau on Île-Ste-Hélène (old Expo 67 site).
-
As for going to a sit-down bar, I suggest Drugstore in the Village, since this is supposed to be a QueerDope. The place is on, like, 10 floors or something, and there’s always room for large groups.
-
Zette rocks my world.
-
After Drugstore, maybe hit Unity II or Sky, to show off our amazing gay club scene.

Naked slumber party at the Evil Pad®.
Laur, what do you think? I personally think we should avoid touristy stuff like the Biodôme. La Ronde is a possibility, though…
- s.e.
The old port. Touristy, yes, but also very cool.
I was told I had to see the Biodome. I’ll be a tourist, too, so it’s okay.
OK, those who want can go to the Biodôme. I guess I’ll go too (can’t abandon one of my houseguests!). It’s $10 to get in.
- s.e.
emerges from lurkland, blinking in the bright light of Dopedom Dope fest in Montreal? If I don’t come, LaurAnge wil have my head.
Yes, yes I will, dear!
I actually haven’t been to the Biodome in… um… as long as I can remember, so I’d be up for going.
I also LOVE the Labyrinth. We need to do that.
Laur, lno first proposed the Biodôme, and he’s coming in on Friday, so maybe we could do that on Saturday or Sunday afternoon?
And tell me about the Labyrinth. I hear it’s cool. What’s the deal?
- s.e.
Well, it’s a big maze. It’s in the Old Port, and you have to find your way to several stations and then get out again. It’s gotten easier as I’ve gotten older, but it’s nifty.
Yes, it’s a big maze. Are there similar things elsewhere?
Then we can do the Labyrinth thing the same afternoon we visit the Old Port. Actually, it’d be cool to do it at night, if it’s open then. I’m going to go to the Tourism Montreal site to get info on hours and cost of admission.

Labyrinth rocks my world. applauds Scott’s productivness and initiative . . . Dear god, I’ve turned into my boss . . . next thing you know, I’ll be using the phrase ‘Touch base’
I wanna go.
