Transportation stuff. I assume Eonwe will be going right to the cabane, and CC has bailed. JeffB and detop’s friend Maf have large vehicles, and if Mnementh doesn’t have a load of TorDopers, there’s more space.
Perhaps we should go to the flowchart for this.

Well no TorDopers’ve chimed in yet. If it’s just me, I can fit three others with quasi-reasonable comfort, and up to four if you’re small, don’t mind behaving like sardines, and have no trouble with seatbelt laws.
Also, I still have no idea where I’ll stay. Anyone, anything?
How far was the cabane from Montreal? And what time are we meeting there? I could definitely come into the city and bring people in and out, as long as it wasn’t too too far.
Unfortunately, New & Improved Scott is working on Saturday, and can’t come up with us. I assume he’ll be coming to the Friday night dinner, though.
It is about an hour out of Montreal and I figure we should meet and leave at around 1 PM, if we want to be there for 2h-2h30.
This would make things a lot easier, Eonwe. You can hang out here at the Pad of Evil® for a bit if you want. I’ll play you the finished demos from TRASH!. 
Last year we met up at the hotel where JeffB was staying and headed to the cabane from there. We could always do that again. JeffB, you must divulge your plans!
Who’s in for the Saturday night dinner, then? It’s going to be at a place that serves lighter fare, still TBD. And late - probably around 8:30 - 9:00, since we’ll be gorging ourselves at the cabane until at least 3:30 or so.
And this year, let’s not be afraid to ask for seconds.

Scott, let’s count on that then… I’ll head up to Montreal sometime Saturday AM, in which case I can squeeze four people into my car (though after we eat I may not be able to fit everyone back in for the return trip!).

My plans, on the other hand, are finally coming together. I will be driving up Friday, but I’m not sure if I’ll make it in time for the Friday activities or not. I’m staying at the Hyatt (those points finally pay off!), which is on Jeanne-Mance at Ste-Catherine.
As far as Saturday goes, I get fit three other people easily, or four a little tighter. At some point, I’ll need to hop on down to Plattsburgh to pick up clayton_e. I can either head down in the morning to get Clay and meet everyone back in Montreal around 1:00, or if there’s someone who knows how to get to the cabane, a group of us could go pick up Clay and head directly there. That might be too complicated though.
I’m in for the Saturday night and Sunday activities as well.
JeffB, you’ll not want to go back to Montreal between picking up clay and going to the cabane. The cabane is closer to Plattsburgh than it is to Montreal.
