Anybody know of a file-hosting service that would allow us to add Brutes and update our levels? Or a document type that would resolve the URL’s to make clickable links? Maybe some kind of blog?
I’m just thrashing around here. Any suggestions for organizing our mayhem are welcome.
Watch this fight. My character is Queen Califia. She has a broadsword.
The sword is in reserve until her opponent punches her. Then the sword just disappears from the reserve right outta thin air. GONE! She didn’t even get to pull the sword out first.
The opponent has no trait that would cause such a thing.
Also, a lot of random bots/people will put in a request for membership. But there can only be a combined 50 current members and pending requests. So if you have 50 requests, no one else can put in a request until you clear some out by denying them.
Here is something I’ve heard as a “strategy” to get a wolf, I have zero endorsement of this technique or any experience with it. I’ve heard of it on other message boards and other people say it works.
Make a character the unspoiled pupil of a character with a bear/wolf and your chances of acquiring a bear/wolf will be higher than if your master didn’t have one at the time of you becoming a pupil.
“They” say it takes until about level four to see if you’ll get one or not. No word on if you should give up afterwards or not. The theory is that from a flavorful standpoint, the character with a pet will teach the pupil how to acquire a pet for themselves.
To be completely honest, it just sounds like a ploy to get fresh, unspoiled pupils to me.
And for whomever is interested, GangRelated has a wolf for anyone who wants to give it a whirl.
Eh, I don’t buy it. I’ve read that too and it’s always coming from somebody who has a wolf or a bear, looking for more pupils. ‘They’ say it increases your chances by 30%. Sounds like a great way to cover up when you don’t get one.
I agree with you. I think it’s a ploy to take advantage of innocent virgin pupils.
That said, if you have an innocent virgin pupil you wish taken advantage of, Lady Fightytime has a bear.
I haven’t read the whole thread but I have to admit this is addicting. I signed on as a pupil under… someone… a fellow doper… I forget who and I can’t access the site at the moment.
I only have one Brute right now. The first couple of levels were slow going but since I hit level 4 I’ve had a little more success.
If anyone wants to challenge me or sign up another Brute my ID is…
