Also different terminology – I’m thinking seriously about providing a short glossary when this game starts, so that when Episkey (for example) posts, “I fakepeeked him wolf to provide seer cover, donuts,” people have some idea what he’s talking about.
Also agree with Suburban that I probably won’t ask for in-thread PM confirmation before the game begins – but if people would like to PM me back to confirm when they’ve received theirs, that wouldn’t be a horrible thing. Will probably send them out sometime this afternoon.
I’ll bite. What does “I fakepeeked him wolf to provide seer cover, donuts,” mean? I’m assuming a guy fake claimed investigator and faked a result so scum would target him. What does the “donuts” mean?
“donuts” – Of course; or, the foregoing was an obvious statement.
A shorthand turn of phrase popularized on the other board by one of its more prolific posters. “donuts” stems from the acronym “ldo,” which in turn stands for “like duh, obviously.”

Wasn’t Dr Seuss Mafia the one time in the Doper/Raffer/Other spinoffer games that a Mad Bomber (belly-starrer) won? If I’m remembering correctly, that made all the epic Scumminess for naught.
There will not be any n0 actions. I think the original version had them in part to make sure that everyone was still around, but hopefully that won’t be a problem.
There will be some n0 actions. This will give me a chance to see how a few things work without substantively affecting the game.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Everyone is required to submit a n0 action. Once you get your PM, please send me the name of your n0 target. Most of you will not have valid n0 actions (everyone will have valid n1 actions), but I need everyone to send me something regardless.
Also remember that you may not submit the same name two nights in a row. If you do, the target for your night action on the second night will be chosen at random (also known as “randed”).

If A “targets” B and A is a Vig =B wakes up dead (if not protected or blocked)
If A “targets” B and A is a Cop =A will receive a PM with ‘some’ information about B’s alignment (if not protected or blocked)
If A “targets” B and A is a Doc =B wakes up alive (if A is not blocked or some extra mechanic is not used)
If A “targets” B and A is a watcher/tracker=A will receive a PM ‘some’ information if B was targeted /targeted someone? (if not protected or blocked)
A has a chance of finding out their “power” if they are a Vig,Cop,Watcher,Tracker.
The Doc will be in the preverbial dark until later in the game.
Now I’ve probably cornfused meself, but what did I read about death reveals ? IIRC alignment will NOT be revealed, Will Roles?
