Feeling whimsical at the market, I bought a box of Cheez-It Duoz Sharp Cheddar/Parmesan. Now, I love Cheez-Its. They are to Nibs like Pilsner Urquell is to Milwaukee’s Best. To this point I had been a traditionalist. Did I indulge in the oversize version once? Yes. But the flavor was the same. But… wow. The Parmesan flavor is awesome. Better, I daresay, than the original. There was a point, many many moons ago when I was enraptured by Cool Ranch Doritos. My favor has since shifted back to the original flavor. Perhaps that will happen with these as well, but for now, I’m hooked.
