You know, it doesn’t really matter how close the insurrectionists actually got, because when you’re cowering in a bathroom stall, you really have no way of tracking their progress.
But, I think it was really brilliant of AOC to make that video. Not only did she get to tell her story, I’m pretty sure she knew the asshats in RW media would try to use it to discredit her or make fun of her. And she knew how nasty and petty it would make them look.

The MyPillow guy put out a “documentary” proving that the election was stolen. He put it on OAN. OAN put out an explicit disclaimer saying the whole thing was Pillow Guy’s views and claims, and OAN claims they were just putting it out there so that Americans could “determine what happened”.
I think it goes without saying that anyone who tunes in to oan for a my-pillow-guy documentary isn’t at all interested in determining what happened. But I said it anyway.
