I donno JohnT, I think that’s a bit of a reach. It looks like it’s a place where many can come out on stage, have walking paths and room to stand behind whomever is worshiped. I had never seen that SS design before, but from a staging perspective it sort of makes sense.
Yanno JohnT, the more I look at it the more I agree. The shape and scale of everything match up exactly.

For one thing, it’s spelled “epaulette”. And that’s not an epaulette in the picture, it’s a collar tab.
