NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 1)

The former host of “The Man Show” a sexist pig? Never!

Hey, Marjorie Taylor Greene says something I think we can all get behind!

Marjorie Taylor Greene whines about being in Congress: ‘I don’t want to have anything to do with politics!’

“It’s not the Democrats that are screwing you, it’s our own party,” she lamented.

Well MTG got that right.

I support this 100%! Go. Now. ASAP. Here’s the door. :wave:t4: :door:

The Ohio Senate race went there. It appears to be shocking that one of the Republican candidates (even if I think he’s full of crap) is Jewish!

So much for that whole “Judeo-Christian values” thing. Does the GOP even have a platform any more other than “TRUMP GOOD, LIBERALS BAD”?

And didn’t I read somewhere that Islam is also among the Abrahamic faiths? So much for that whole “Judeo-Christian-Islamic values” thing.

Yeah, there’s no real winner here.

What I love are all the “Shocked! Shocked!” reactions by the other candidates. Come on, did you idiots really not realize this was the inevitable end result of pandering to racists? Really?

Well, you wouldn’t expect one, since Republicans are all losers.

Mike Flynn calls for “one religion” in the US.

Raw Story (as will as its sister site AlterNet) tends to be a veritable treasure trove of Stupid Republican Ideas of the Day. This past week has been much more abundant than usual. Lots of shit happening.

Fine, then let’s not be one nation under God – problem solved.

Well, it’s those Republicans – the more radical ones anyway – who are calling for a civil war, who seem to not want to be one nation (under God or otherwise). Someone tell Flynn that.

If you liked the “ReAwaken America” movement’s (aka the “re-woke mob”, I guess?) position on religious pluralism, you’ll love their stance on COVID and public health.

Fair enough… and after he undergoes the standard 53-week-long initiation, we can all welcome Mike Flynn into the Santería community.

While I’m not ultra-familiar with that source (which mediabioasfactcheck.com gives a rating between far and extreme left), I’ve noticed they definitely carry more ariticles of that sort than other sources. Sure, there’s the strong, um, “bias”, but methinks there also might be a little more of just straight-up coverage going on, than elsewhere.

Chad Sudan: Is that avatar The Boss?

Assuming you put an “o” in that domain name such that it does not belong there, when I went to mediabiasfactcheck.com, that is one seriously fucked up site. Raw Story has nasty formatting, but that one there is worse.

My damn snake obsession - betrayed.
