The Stupid Republican idea here is that it wasn’t unanimous. And I am pretty sure if the media asks those who voted against it they had reasons that would merit inclusion in the thread as well.

Yeah, but the owner / manager of the building is, so that brings up a question - the Texas Republican Party may say that masks are not required, but if the managers of the George R. Brown Convention Center don’t require them, would they be fined? Or, could the Convention Center require masks, and have bouncers stationed at all of the entrances / throughout the convention floor enforcing masks?
