Here’s the most complete story that I have seen how the supposed “more votes than people” that according to one of Giuliani et al.'s infamous affidavits supposedly occurred in Wayne County, Michigan actually were in rural Minnesota (i.e., in Trump country). It was a right-wing blog based in Minnesota (Powerline) who first noticed that the towns being cited in the affidavit sounded like places in Minnesota.
