NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 2)

No doubt he was equally quick to denounce Trump’s Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao concerning the 2017 derailments in Iowa and Washington, the 2018 collisions in South Carolina and Wyoming, and derailments in Virginia and Indiana, and similar catastrophes in 2019 and 2020?

Oh, he didn’t? Somehow I thought not. (And I’m not even including the dozen or so regional or light rail accidents or ones involving automobiles in the same period.)

Actually, I was a bit surprised myself to learn how not-rare train derailments and even hazmat-related mass evacuations following train derailments are in the US. Certainly, nobody who didn’t make any fuss about the several such incidents during the Trump years has any standing to be calling for Buttigieg’s head about the Ohio disaster.
