Indiana’s AG claimed the doctor who treated the 10-year-old broke the law by failing to report.
He was proven a liar by, of all things, a local Fox News affiliate who filed a public records request.
They are so relentless in going after abortion providers for providing, literally, life-saving medical care, that they don’t care who they hurt or how much they have to lie. But that’s Indiana Republican politics for you. I had to live there for more than 20 years.

Fox News has a lot to answer for. She literally did nothing wrong. Abortions at six weeks are not illegal in Indiana. She filed her paperwork in a timely fashion. This is nothing more than an attempt to put a hit out on her. Her life is in danger from some dangerous right-wing wingnut, now.
