NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 2)

Is she aware that the Conservative Political Action conference (CPAC) literally started yesterday?

The other half of the HMC* is cracking the headlines:

Two states, the UP of Michigan, the territories. She probably left them out too when she failed the GED four times before paying someone to pass it for her. Our, “stupid people need representation too” congresscritter was howling about foreign aid, isolationism, lack of attention. She does like Israel in a distinct break from “Jewish Space Lasers” Marge Gangrene.

*Howler Monkey Caucus.

The only safe space she needs is inside a federal prison for her attempt to overthrow the government.

People are literally starving to the point of being hospitalized for malnutrition in rural Alaska because she state hasn’t been processing food stamp applications or renewals on time for months.

… Only MAGA traitors should have that information. And we give it to them.

It’s CPAC time. Full moon? Planets in conjunction? Tear in the space-time continuum? No, it’s The Onion. (if only these were satirical instead of uncannily predictive)

The latest from the “pro-life” party; South Carolina wants to make receiving an abortion punishable by death.

Tuesday is a full moon, and Venus and Jupiter are conjunct.

The guy in charge of punishing Disney for daring to criticize Dear Leader DeSantis says that tap water makes you gay.

well, the Onion would explain the tear

In this, DeSantis is directly imitating his presumed idol, Putin:

Because of course it was.

Look, you’ve been warned about this kind of thing. Go to your room and think about what you’ve done.

What makes you think I was/am not in my room?

Sadly, if someone dies from this, the jackasses who are actually responsible will not face justice.

Why are you against bodily autonomy? /s

I assume you mean Fauci and the CDC? If they hadn’t forced everyone to take a bogus Covid vaccine that kills and cripples almost everyone who receives it or comes in contact with someone who received it, people would have had their children vaccinated against measles 20-30 years ago and none of this would have happened.

I thought all children had to be vaccinated for measles?

They don’t have to be vaccinated, but it is required in most (all?) states to go to school. However, in most states, it is trivial to get an exemption on religious grounds.

Lots of people have taken advantage of this exemption that allows them to leave their children vulnerable to disease. When it was just a few here and there, herd immunity prevented spread. When vaccine rates get below some critical thresholds, though, you end up with an epidemic.

There was also some resistance to the polio vaccine. Nothing new under the sun.
