Montana governor Greg Gianforte has signed a bill that bars the state from considering climate impacts in its analysis of large projects such as coal mines and power plants.
I’m curious if any individual doctor can decide for themselves to refuse to treat someone or if it’ll need to be voted on by a group of people, a ‘death panel’, if you will.
Also, while I’m doubting it would play out like, based on the wording, they probably left a loophole that would allow, for example, a liberal doctor to refuse to treat a republican patient. If a doctor has an ethical problem with a patient because because he’s wearing a skirt, another doctor could just as well have an ethical problem with a patent because he’s wearing a MAGA hat.
I thought the 'pubbies believed that’s what “Obamacare” consisted of? (Or was it something under Clinton? The far right has far too many paranoias for me to keep up.)
I think the religious guidelines of the insurance company are along the lines of
“Thy profits must be above all else”
“Thou shalt not give payment for a procedure if it will cost us too much”
“The people are unto us as sheep, who must be fleeced”
Is this simply an extension of the “we have proof, we’ll show you…later, maybe, but we have it and you should just assume it’s correct and act on it anyway” statement that they give anytime anyone asks them for proof of, well, anything?
God, this story is even stupider than the headline suggests…
“Well, unfortunately, we can’t track down the informant,” the Kentucky representative told host Maria Bartiromo. “We’re hopeful that the informant is still there. The whistleblower knows the informant. The whistleblower is very credible.”
So, they don’t even know who “the informant” is?
They’re trying to take down the President of the United States with “I know a guy who knows a guy…” And of course, there’s never a guy.
I can’t roll my eyes hard enough for this nonsense.
Don’t you hate it when you go to a hearing to expose the President’s criminal activity and you left your informant in your other pants? Yeah, you can turn around to get him, but you already got on the Beltway… I’ll just bring him next time.
Kansas ‘pastor’ wants to turn my state into a conservative sanctuary.
“If you can make it hostile to that group of people, that small sliver of society, and have them move elsewhere, that does a huge amount to shut this down,” Peters said. “It’s both sides of it: You need to attract the good people here, and you also need to make it clear to the bad people, this isn’t gonna go well for you.”
It gets even better. Now they want the FBI to investigate and want to threaten their funding until they find him.
Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., confirmed GOP officials still could not “track down” the key witness as of Monday morning, telling FOX Business’ Maria Bartiromo that the federal agencies such as the FBI and DOJ have “turned a blind eye” to both the missing informant and the Biden family’s alleged corruption.
“The telling thing about this is that our Federal Bureau of Investigation and our Justice Department have basically just turned a blind eye to all of this and now it’s come down to the point where speaker McCarthy has to have a one-on-one meeting with Director Wray over the way that they’ve handled this and bungled this thing from the start,” the Oversight Committee member and Foreign Affairs Committee member said on “Mornings with Maria.”
God, I would love to have seen that meeting. How many different ways can you politely say, “Sir, that’s complete bullshit”, before you just lose it and start yelling at these idiots?
