Chick-Fil-A has announced that they’ve hired a VP of DEI, and the people who prefer their chicken with a side of homophobia are losing their shit.
Who the hell is Danny Mannarino? Is he just some random tweeter, or is he a bigshot Maga-head?
I am glad to hear of Chick-Fil-A doing this, but not if it’s just a sham to stop the protests and boycotts from the left.
I’ve never heard of him. He’s an “Internet Personality” apparently. I looked him up and I see that his pronouns are “shut up”.

Amusingly enough, according to the Huffington Post, this isn’t even a new thing. Far from being “recently hired,” their VP of diversity, equity, and inclusion has held that position since November 2021, and the (rather tepid) diversity statement people are complaining about is 3 months old.
So it’s really more of a “Freakouts of the Right” style digging around to find anything that remotely looks “woke”
It’s almost like they didn’t want anyone to know.
But I thought all the MAGAts were snarfing down CFA like it was going out of style to pwn the libs.
Maybe there aren’t enough for Chik-Fil-A to stick to their principles.

I’m just waiting for a headline about a bigot being hospitalized for malnutrition because they’ve boycotted all their food sources and are too damn stupid to make their own food.
