Marge Greene was testifying today in her hearing as to whether she should be stricken off the Georgia Congressional ballot because she participated in the insurrection. The attorney representing the litigants against her asked her if she was involved with Individual 1 in discussing martial law after the election. Her attorney, who is also representing Individual 1, objected, saying that was a violation of executive privilege. The judge said, he couldn’t claim executive privilege, because he isn’t a member of the executive branch, plus he was Greene’s lawyer in that courtroom, not Individual 1’s.
He covered all the bases. “You’re censoring me! You people get to say it!” Very efficient.
When I was in middle school, we learned “Glad bags don’t fall apart”.
And apparently Margie’s brain must be like swiss cheese, there’s so many holes in her memory.
What’s interesting about this case is that the judge will make a recommendation to GA SoS Brad Raffensperger, who will ultimately decide if she stays on the ballot or not. Raffensperger is also running for reelection, and has already pissed off a lot of Trumpers for not throwing the 2020 election, so I’m curious to see how this all shakes out.

Or maybe he’ll actually judge the case based on facts and evidence.
