‘Wait, it’s an elbow to the balls? I was doing it all wrong!’
Lauren Boebert
Indeed, some members of Congress do participate in secret Luchadore masked matches, purely for sport. Perhaps that’s why he can’t “officially” mention the other two.
Like this, except into someone’s back as you walk behind them.
I can picture it. If you’re behind them, and sorta chicken wing it outward and forward into his back, it could sting a bit.
Seems dubious to me.
It sounds like it happened after they finished talking and McCarthy walked past Burchett. It could be that he swung his elbow back as he was walking and accidentally nudged Burchett in the lower back, or it could be that he did so deliberately jabbed him as he passed. Who knows? Who cares, they are both doofuses (doofi?)
Doofodes. It’s Greek.

Marge. Wrote a book? Wut? Maybe y’all knew about this, but it’s the first I’ve seen it. The woman is so stupid I doubt she can tie her shoes. The article is about her lying. That is the one thing that I didn’t question. 'Cause if that idiot wrote/had ghost written a book it would of course be full of lies.
It was released in September. One of the reviews on the Barnes & Nobles website says:
This is written like an elementary school student book report. Not only does Marjorie show her inability to think critically, but she also contradicts herself at least 25 times throughout the book.
Followed by:
Reads like a highschooler with a vengeance book report. Marjorie is never quite able to communicate her point, but rather yell at the reader lies…
Gee, I wish I could be a stupid, bigoted, treasonous, pathological liar, big mouth house republican rep so I could “write” a book. Wait no I don’t.
It’s nice the ghostwriter did a good enough job that people think it’s plausible Greene wrote it.
Not to mention slanders a bunch of Democrats, but that’s just a bonus.
When Republicans write books, their campaign uses donations to buy all the copies, then gives them away to supporters, netting a nice grift for the candidate.
Ah. The grift that keeps on grifting, then?
Wait…isn’t it slander when you say something, but libel when you write it down?
I remember it like stalactites and stalagmites. With slander, it’s SPOKEN and libel, it’s IN A LETTER or written.
(Stalactites are down from the ceiling (hence the C) and stalagmites come UP from the ground (hence the G). Yeah, I know, dumb as fuck, but it helps ME.
Yes, you’re right. Maybe if she dictated it?
.
As a lawyer, I can confidently say that both libel and slander fall under the tort of defamation. Which is where we don’t have to care; libel or slander; all that matters is that one party defames the other. As long as that happens, we have a cause of action.
