OK this is actually starting to make sense and be slightly believable, although obviously distorted beyond all recognition by the anchor. I could imagine people in NATO being concerned about Putin spreading lies about Ukraine brainstorming an idea that maybe they could put out some social media posts counter acting this, and maybe it could feature Taylor Swift since she is so popular.
But the spin of the article is as silly as calling out Nancy Reagan for being and asset for the DEA and part of a Psyop aimed at children.
