NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 3)

Well, yes, for most of the city. But football is different. There’s absolutely no trace of anything gay about watching a bunch of muscular men grabbing at each other.

And don’t forget the street poop. The R’s are really big on that these days.

Then again the 49ers play in Santa Clara, an hour’s drive away…

Which puts them in the middle of Slilicon Valley and all the smartypants elite tech companies that are listening in on you!

And we know that all those tech billionaires are evil globalists who are secretly planning to put chips in your brain, except for the one who overtly wants to put chips in your brain, who is a true patriot who can be trusted with his word.

Congressman Brian Mast (F-FL), who you may remember for his cosplaying an Israeli soldier, says that Palestinian babies aren’t innocent and should be voting for a better government.

It’s bloodthirsty fuckwads like this with their Psalm 137 attitudes that make it hard for reasonable people to support a friendly democracy.

Florida should certainly be voting for a better government. God knows I try, but I live in Retiree Land where FoxNews rules.

Also: the last elections in Gaza were in 2006. There are people who weren’t even born then who will be turning 18 this year.

I saw that interview. The very best part was the end:

The hordes of ‘WE MUST PRESERVE ACCESS’ cowards employed as “news” anchors should take a lesson from ol’ George.

And Perjury Traitor Greene shows more hate for families:

If there’s one thing most Americans can agree on, it’s that airlines have gotten way too comfortable charging extra for things that were once considered basic amenities. Junk fees run rampant in the industry. Everything from luggage, to itinerary changes, to how fast you can check in can now potentially carry an additional charge. So when President Joe Biden’s administration proposed eliminating seat selection fees for families with children, you’d think self-declared pro-family Republicans might not take issue.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) isn’t a fan, though.

“What’s next? Joe Biden using his power as president to demand kids eat free at all restaurants too? Why don’t you do your job and CLOSE THE BORDER instead of pandering for votes!!!”

Yeah, Biden is trying to fix the border issue, “Gentlewoman” from Georgia. But someone–I wonder who that might be–is working on blocking Biden’s efforts (same link as above):

It’s worth noting that Greene is currently opposing a massive Biden-endorsed border reform package making its way through the Senate, despite her calls for action on immigration.

If you don’t eat your “fake” meat, you can’t have any pudding! How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat your “fake” meat, Ron?

Has anyone mentioned the chaos that it represented by the Nevada Republican’s decision to hold a caucus in addition to the legally mandated primary?

Instead of mounting a defense to protect the nation, participants say they’ve been conned into helping a bunch of livestreamers perpetuate a con game to enrich themselves.

They’re complaining that organizers “don’t care about the border,” or about what participants had to sacrifice to make the trip — only about the cash flow

If only they took their heads out of their asses for a few minutes, they may have heard just about everyone telling them that’s exactly what was happening.

They conspiracy theory’d themselves out of a conspiracy theory. As much as I enjoy the in fighting on the right, this is almost better. You know they don’t have any integrity when they’ll just go along with the last person to tell them what to do.

Just like their traitor hero.

I like to use this clip whenever Lindsey Graham flip flops on his feelings about trump, but I think it kinda works here too.

I almost feel sorry for that woman in the Alex Cole tweet One hopes that at some point she will wonder whether some other higher placed flag hugging “true believer” might actually just a grifter who doesn’t care about them or their cause and just want’s their money.

Alas that may be a bridge to far for her.

Holy shit, you guys! Three of them finally had a smart idea!

https://thehill.com/homenews/house/4452038-in-stunner-house-gop-bid-to-impeach-mayorkas-fails/

A House GOP effort to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas failed in embarrassing fashion Tuesday as three Republicans joined Democrats in voting against what would have been the second-ever impeachment of a Cabinet official.

The 214-216 vote is a stunning loss for a GOP that has faced continual pressure from its right flank to impeach a Biden official, even as the party has waffled over which one to focus on.

More from the border. Apparently the Texas MAGAs and the California MAGAs are butting heads now. Ramming people (pedestrians, not vehicles) with cars, calling each other ‘violent thugs’, threatening to call the cops on each other. Threatening to send people to jail for (literally) touching him.

Absolute fucking morons. Way to rally your side in the run up to the election. Jesus wept is right.
(It says TikTok but it’s on imgur (edit: that’s a video if you click on it))

Excellent!

Seriously, it demonstrates that MAGAts can be divided, and if that’s possible, then “divide and conquer” could be a viable strategy.

It’s the Trump Regatta all over again.

The thing is, it’s inevitable. Since MAGA is all about kicking some perceived “other”, there is no possible win state. Even if every migrant or trans person or democrat were deported / jailed / dead, MAGA would just split into factions that would fight each other.

So it would be good if that splitting happens now, before they bring the rest of the country down.

It’s almost as if pandering to the worst elements of society has a downside, man. Who knew?

The two companies are Texas Life Corporation and Lingo Telecom.

I hope they go after them with everything they have. Put them in jail for election interference and come up with a way to make this illegal.
This, I predict, is going to make it so much easier for the right to tell their base to reject the evidence of their eyes and ears. The bigger problem, I think, is that this “What you’re seeing and what you’re reading is not what’s happening" talking point will be applied to things entirely unrelated to AI. This seems to be the ultimate way to spread misinformation.
If people, even people on the right using it against people on the left, get caught/tried/jailed, the right will have zero problem getting them to accept “that’s AI” as an answer to any question asked of a GOP politician. In other words, AI is the new Fake News.

One problem, I think, is that this will end up being done in Russia and then I don’t think there’s a whole lot we’ll be able to do about it.
