The Hill claims that Biden is genetically predisposed to crime because his great-great-grandfather, a veterinarian, got into a knife fight with a Union army cook during the Civil War (for which he was pardoned by President Lincoln).
Is that real? Is it a reference to something or just a drive-by comment?
