Whiplash shift from Christ to Cruz (Cancun Teddy). Ted and some other senators (to be fair - a couple of Dems) think compensating passengers for being screwed over by airlines is bad for business. Screw the passenger who just got screwed.

In the name of consistency, I’m sure he’ll immediately withdraw that other bill of his that establishes personal security details for congressmen at the airport.

Did he? I didn’t notice it in the clip? That would be great if he did. Hopefully getting caught knowingly lying will go viral for a few days. Or, rather, getting caught reacting to being called out for knowingly lying, will go viral. Like when your local news/facebook shows a picture of someone that was caught stealing something, but the picture is of them looking straight into the security camera.

I propose the “Cancel every flight that Ted Cruz tries to get on” act. So he’ll pay for flights, never get to take them, and never get his money back.
And he’s hated enough that everyone else on the cancelled flight will probably be okay with taking one for the team. The alternative would be sharing a flight with Ted Cruz, after all.

OK, I think this is silly because protein is protein, right? It’s mostly about the presentation, IMHO. But what really makes me shake my head is this comment from the governor:
