I don’t even get what relief is being requested or expected. To make Biden the official nominee even if he doesn’t want to be? Would he be legally barred from trying to quit in any way?
A 1/6 insurrectionist fled to Ireland last year and tried to claim asylum in order to avoid a 90-day jail sentence for his crime.
He then got homesick and flew back to America, where he was promptly arrested and is now facing additional charges for failing to surrender himself for his initial sentence.
The intent is to tie things up in court with a MAGA judge, and then sow doubt and confusion on their way to establishing a complete dictatorship.

They are saying she isn’t Black, because one of her ancestors was a white, Irish slave owner in Jamaica, overlooking the fact that most Black Americans can trace their ancestry to slave owners. Because they raped their slaves.
I’m noticing that a number of conservative talking heads are no longer using the word “democracy”. They refer to our form of government as a “constitutional republic” instead, or something like that. Guess democracy is too close to Democratic Party for their liking or something.

What a great idea! Then the Dems can sue McCarthy or McConnell for not invoking the 25th amendment against Trump!
