But the drive would take him right past the Crazies. That should make him feel right at home.
Hahaha. It is a real story. Trump is just confused about all the details and which black man was with him. (Hey, he’s old and racist.)
The other Black politician who says he was with Trump in that near-fatal chopper crash - POLITICO
The important thing is that Nate Holden spent what he must have thought would be his final minutes on Earth telling Trump horrible things about a then-26-year-old deputy district attorney on the other side of the state that neither of them had ever met.
This means Trump gets to sue everyone now because he was right and they were wrong, right?
Lara Trump attempts to criticize Kamala Harris. You know, the woman whose only qualification for her job as RNC chair is the fact that she is married to Eric Trump.
I would not have guessed Jesse Ventura would endorse her. Good for him!
In other news, Jesse Watters remains an asshole.
He remembers it so well, he gives the date of it as “sometime in 1990”?
And right-wingers start calling Ventura “transgender” in 3…2…1…
Follow-up: Actually I guess the right wing will have disowned Ventura ever since he criticized bans on gay marriage and military service for transgender people?
And he opens with a “MAGA mech rip-off”, saying that Harris is trying to copy the Red MAGA hat … with a camo hat that says “Harris Walz” on it.
So they don’t even understand what “copying” is.
They certainly didn’t when Melania did it.
How dare Democrats wear hats!
I was watching this video (David Packman) Ex-Trump staffer: “Orange” Trump will “self-emasculate” if he doesn’t debate Kamala, and Anthony Scarramucci mentioned this guy, Curtis Yarvin, as someone that JD Vance and Silicon Valley billionaire-types are both fans of. I was unfamiliar with Yarvin, so I looked him up on Wiklpedia.
Basically, Trump is their “useful idiot” to use to remake America:
he [Yarvin] argues that American democracy is a failed experiment[5] that should be replaced by an accountable monarchy, similar to the governance structure of corporations.[6] Yarvin has been described as a “neo-reactionary” and “neo-monarchist” who “sees liberalism as creating a Matrix-like totalitarian system and who wants to replace American democracy with a sort of techno-monarchy”.[7][8][9]
…
Drawing on computer metaphors, Yarvin contends that society needs a “hard reset” or a “rebooting”, not a series of gradual political reforms.[27] Instead of activism, he advocates passivism, claiming that progressivism would fail without right-wing opposition.[28] According to him, NRx adherents should rather design “new architectures of exit” than engage in ineffective political activism.[29]Yarvin argues for a “neo-cameralist” philosophy based on Frederick the Great of Prussia’s cameralism.[30] In Yarvin’s view, democratic governments are inefficient and wasteful and should be replaced with sovereign joint-stock corporations whose “shareholders” (large owners) elect an executive with total power, but who must serve at their pleasure.[27] The executive, unencumbered by liberal-democratic procedures, could rule efficiently much like a CEO-monarch.[27] Yarvin admires Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping for his pragmatic and market-oriented authoritarianism, and the city-state of Singapore as an example of a successful authoritarian regime. He sees the US as soft on crime, dominated by economic and democratic delusions.[26]
…
Yarvin’s ideas have been influential among right-libertarians and paleolibertarians, and the public discourses of prominent investors like Peter Thiel have echoed Yarvin’s project of seceding from the US to establish tech-CEO dictatorships.[36][37] Political strategist Steve Bannon has read and admired his work.[38]
Might have something to do with how the weirdo Vance ended up as Trump’s VP pick. In this case, Trump seems like a poker player in a game where he doesn’t realize he’s the mark. He’s too preoccupied with grifting for himself.
“Self-emasculate”? Is that like what God commanded Abraham to do?
God, right-wing chuds absolutely love missing the point of a movie about creating your own identity written and directed by two trans women, don’t they?
The hat is camouflage, so it’s not their fault.
Do you want Snow Crash? Because that’s how you get Snow Crash.
Has she even been complaining about those things?
Does it even matter? Individual-ONE said it. For some people, that is all that counts.
Donald Trump was president for four years. Why didn’t he fix it?
He did, of course! Everything in summer 2020 was strongly tremendous in a biglier way than anything has ever been in the history of the universe before Biden ruined everything, so saith Dear Leader.
