No, I don’t have TV, just whatever entertainment I can stream on a smart TV. Until I heard her being interviewed on NPR last week, I thought Jen Psaki was the press secretary.
She was, but she isn’t now.
As I look more closely it looks like there is a hand possibly belonging to the black guy which is holding a wallet, and there is a white hand on the ground. So I think the idea is that the black guy just killed (and stripped?) the white guy and took his wallet.
Probably hoodie guy just mugged the owner of the white legs and is in the process of stripping him of valuables.
