Its pretty nonsensical but here is my guess as to what was going through his head when he said it.
As he was saying we have the worst eductional system in the world but then he remembered that there are all these “shithole” (his term not mine) like Niger and Haiti who have worse education. The concept he was looking for was the developed world but that is too big a word for him instead he went with the world consisting on the “the countries that people have heard of, like France, China and Russia”.
The Linux community tips and if a table of 5 sit down for lunch they don’t order one burger between them and get it split 5 different ways between them. 1/5 with cheese and bacon no onion 1/5 dry 1/5 no tomato no mustard 1/5 on rye with arugula, 1/5 Bocaburger with bacon and some pickles but not the burger chip kind instead I need the chef to dice up a spear pickle…

Yesterday in a parking lot I saw a late model expensive SUV that had had the aft side & tail windows custom wrapped. As a car guy I saw it was a nicely done job. I didn’t want to take pix in case the owner was about.
The message however was pretty confusing / disturbing. It was a montage of JFK & Trump pix. Both in heroic poses. And one pic of JFK, RFK, and Trump staggered in profile, Trump in the foreground in color the other two in B&W and increasingly transparent / ghostly. The only slogan was something close to “You’ll see the connection.”
A little Googling suggests there’s a CT out there asserting that the Deep State killed off both Kennedys because they were a) excellent presidents / candidates for America, and b) got too close to exposing the Deep State. And now trump is both a) an excellent former president / current candidate for America, and b) got / is getting too close to exposing the Deep State.
So I guess this guy’s message is “I love trump and MAGA, but I fear he’ll be assassinated.” But it might, just might be “The Kennedys got what they deserved, and trump will too.” Or knowing how good CTers are at logical consistency maybe this car owner believes both of those.
In any case he spent a bunch of money getting this stuff custom-printed and installed on his ~$100K car.
And then, love/hate with a side of hate.
