According to the US Customs & Border Protection Agency, they have no jurisdiction in Charlotte, which is more than 100 miles from both an international border and the US coastline:
Citing the Immigration and Nationality Act and Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations, CBP’s website says, “Immigration Officers, without a warrant, may ‘within a reasonable distance from any external boundary of the United States…board and search for non-citizens in any vessel within the territorial waters of the United States and any railcar, aircraft, conveyance, or vehicle.’” Title 8 defines reasonable distance as “100 air miles from the border,” CBP says.
Possibly as soon as the Regime can get Fox News to start telling viewers about the Startling Revelation that Catholics are the foundation of “terrorist organization Antifa.”
But that’s not the way the law is written. U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP), which includes the U.S. Border Patrol, only has jurisdiction within 100 miles inland from the border. Inland international airports are irrelevant.
ICE, on the other hand, has jurisdiction throughout the U.S.
Their squares? Two of them are Black themselves! Black Bishop on the Black squares? You know you’re the guy in the horror movie who’s going to die first. He’s out there like, “Sheeeee-it, this is a bad place…”
