Wow. I saw that film once, when it came out. The Man In Oil scene is the only part of it I’ve remembered all these years.

I was going to make a comment suggesting the Department of Labor(s) to change what an “opportunity employee” is and, while brushing up on my Labor terminology, ran across a website called Workers For Opportunity, which appears to be an anti-union thing.
I think the Republican legislators should work for less than minimum wage.
