There was no Rolling Thunder II. There was just Rolling Thunder, and it ended in 1968. He’s probably, in his addled Republican thing that passes for a brain in higher life forms, thinking of Linebacker II, which was in 1972, and arguably had an effect on the end of the war. That is, Nixon used it to declare victory and leave.*
