Why would he even have a photo like that?
I’m thinking it might be related to abuse allegations, showing a lack of injury or showing that what was reported as abuse was really a rash or something.
That is really the only thing I can think of that is not “insane perverted abusive monster” which is probably the actual reason.
The allegation is that he broke her collarbone, so what a photo pf her genitals would have to do with that I can’t imagine.
I thought maybe there were other allegations not mentioned in the news article, but again, I have nothing more than uniformed speculation.
While this is certainly Stupid, I think that this is probably more apropos for one of the Evil threads.
I’ve whined about it before and I’ll whine about it again - the media (well, non-right-leaning) have to start hammering home editorially THIS situation with this Max Miller creep is what TDS actually kinda is.

To give him the benefit of the doubt, I don’t think it was a photo specifically of his daughter’s genitals; it was a naked photo of his daughter that included her genitals.
Why he’d have a naked photo of a 2 year old girl is beyond me.

Yeah, I was wondering if it was a bath photo.
But those are typical when someone is a baby, not a 2-year-old. I made the mistake of looking up in Google what a standard cut-off age was for something like that, and not only did I not get a definitive answer but now I’m probably on a watchlist.
My parents had a couple of photos of my brother and me playing in the bath. I couldn’t have been much more than two.
But that was also over fifty years ago.
