I’ve read 12 rules and I wasn’t particularly blown away by the misogynism. That order is masculine and chaos feminine is an opinion he shares with the Taoists, WRT Yin and Yang. In that sense it didn’t strike me as pejorative, just descriptive. But I could be wrong. Maybe I’m too drenched in psychology/ psychoanalysis to perceive this as an insult. I don’t think he gives a judgment in that sense.
