Unless we can get some more folks interested, (or unless there’s some interest drummed up off-board ), I’m probably going to take a pass and hope to meet you guys some other time.
My trains aren’t running this weekend and I’m having a health issue that makes it hard for me to walk a lot. If you do still meet up, have a great time!

If anyone’s interested, they can PM me; I’ll have my phone with me and might be able to meet wherever (depending on where I happen to be at the moment). My plan is to wander around to wherever and whatever I feel like consuming.
Looks like I’ll be spending most of the day relatively nearby Washington Square. If anyone is going to be around there a few hours either side of noon, let me know! I plan to hit Xian Famous Foods at some point, and maybe relax in the Comedy Cellar for a bit.
Since there were no firm plans about when and where to meet, I’ve accepted an invitation to go to the beach in Long Island today.
Going to LI would take me through Manhattan, but nowhere near Washington Square Park.
